In 2019, we launched our customer support portal, available for our Evolve customers. This is a central place dedicated to you where you can view assets, manage entitlements and get full value out of your partnership with BlueFort.
Within this portal customers can view supported assets, arrange upgrades and health checks, view help desk cases and raise new support requests.
In 2020, we incorporated new ways to contact us - WhatsApp, live-chat, email or request a call back. Whichever is most convenient for you, we can accommodate.
